The project for RA33 house is located on a plot between party walls. Due to the clear north-south orientation of the plot, a house is designed that opens mainly to the patio (south), with few gaps in the main facade (north). It will have a central hole in all the floors that will provide them light from a window located on the attic floor.

The house has two habitable floors, a semi-basement and an attic floor.
