Located in a future growth area, the house is projected on an elongated corner plot. The project that is planned to be built corresponds to a single-family home, within of the typology of isolated homes. The building consists of two habitable floors and a non-trafficable roof. Due to the orientation of the plot, a house is designed that opens with terraces in the east-west orientation, with few openings in the north-south orientation. Likewise, it will have a central opening in the double-height lobby area, which provides light to both floors from an upper skylight.

The housing program is divided into two floors: the ground floor with entrance hall, office, bathroom, living room, kitchen and two porches; and the first floor for four bedrooms, a dressing room, two bathrooms and a terrace.
