On October 20, the opening ceremony of the new Monastery of Santa Clara Cultural Center in Beas de Segura took place. The building, former church of Santa Ana of the Monasterio de la Limpia Concepción, known as the former convent of Clarisas, has received an important restoration and enhancement work by the architect Pablo Millán, and promoted by the City Council of Beas de Segura, Jaén.

The project has been carried out in three phases, the execution of a new roof with a wooden structure; the demolition of the interior partitions, which caused the devirtualization of the original state; and the restoration and enhancement of the religious space today converted into a cultural center.
