The architects Pablo M. Millán Millán and Simona Belmondo are designing the rehabilitation of the houses in the Torre Alta neighborhood, Cosenza. This project proposes the energy requalification of buildings and seismic improvement, as well as the inclusion of elevators to achieve universal accessibility to all homes.
